Pending:

The Senate will next convene at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 9, after standing in adjournment at 12:35 p.m. Friday, November 6.

At 2:00 p.m., the Senate will be in Morning Business until 3:00 p.m., with Senators permitted to speak up to ten minutes each.

At 3:00 p.m., the Senate will resume consideration of H.R. 3082, the Military Construction/VA Appropriations bill. Pending to H.R. 3082 is Johnson substitute amendment #2730 (text of S. 1407). Pending to Johnson substitute amendment #2730 is Udall (NM) amendment #2737 (homeless veterans services).

At 4:30 p.m., the Senate will begin consideration of Executive Calendar #185, Andre M. Davis, of Maryland, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fourth Circuit, for 1 hour of debate, equally divided.

At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will VOTE on confirmation of Executive Calendar #185.
